Important Wild life Years
1) 1952 - Indian board for wild life was formed.
2) 1955 - Celebration of Wild Life Week was introduced.
3) 1972 - Wild Life Protection Act comes to force.
4) 1983 - national Wild Life Action plan was introduced.
5) 1986 - Establishment of National Parks and Biosphere Reserves by the Government of India.

Escape From Tsunami
In 2004 December, some tribes that live in the forests of Andaman islands noticed the animals behaving in a different manner. They guessed some danger. So they moved to a safer part of the island. Soon after the islands were hit by Tsunami, but the people saved.
